5 ideas for creating festive winter sales contests

Snow is falling, everyone is jolly, and you're looking for a fun way to drive activity on key targets during this special time of year. Well HO, HO, HO!!! We've got some clever ideas for you to help your teams focus on the goals ahead while earning some nice stocking stuffers or other gifts.

Try out some of these competition ideas:

  • SKIING FOR SALES
  • HOLIDAY GIFT SWAP CONTEST
  • SPIN TO WIN
  • WHISKY WONDERLAND
  • CHRISTMAS AT THE CABIN

Example: HOLIDAY GIFT SWAP CONTEST - Close more big deals before the end of Q4 by creating a Gift Swap competition to compete in order to open, steal or swap gifts.

Prizes: Use a few small gifts, some medium gifts and a big gift (ex. Playstation, new iPad, etc.) This way people will want to compete to win the big gift, and they will have to create more activities in order to steal or swap it away from a colleague.

Setup: Individual competition. Open one gift for each deal over a certain amount (125%+ of normal deal size). 4 weeks in length.
