Company culture is very important to us at SalesScreen–and it is especially top of mind as we continue to grow. Only a few years ago, we were a small bunch of friends working together in our office in Trondheim. In the course of the last couple of years, we have opened new offices and welcomed new teammates around the world.
Maintaining consistent culture throughout these big changes is something we prioritize, and something that we believe has been a key factor in our success thus far. After all, your business is only as good as your people.
Tapi Roll has worked at SalesScreen as our Partnership Manager since 2017. He is killer at building relationships and bringing people together–and he is a highly valued member of our sales team. So, we had a chat with him about sales and company culture at SalesScreen, and here’s what he had to say:
How would you describe the SalesScreen company culture?
Tapi: Passionate and dedicated. Everyone has so much to bring to the table, and the passion we all have is inspiring and motivating.
How would you describe the SalesScreen sales culture?
Tapi: Engaging and brave team players. There are no ego players, even though there are a lot of strong personalities. We’re all in it together, and we all want the team as a whole to succeed.
What qualities do you look for in your fellow reps?
Tapi: The ability to work hard, be brave, curious, have fun and to not be afraid to question.
What is your favorite part of working in sales?
Tapi: The fact that no two days are the same. Demonstrating and delivering real value to customers and the appreciation they demonstrate back to us. I also love the “tingle” in the air and having the opportunity to meet so many different people in a wide range of industries.
Can you describe our sales team in one word?
Tapi: That’s a tough one. I guess it would have to be fun-loving-grinders or something like that :)
