What is your work education/work background?
Richard: I have been working in sales in different positions & countries for more than 10 years. Before joining SalesScreen, I was leading a sales team as a Sales Manager at Oracle.
What are some of your hobbies?
Richard: If you don’t find me at work, you will probably find me at the gym. I believe it is important to exercise–not only for your body, but it is also gives you a positive mindset. In addition I like to discover new countries every year and to eat chocolate. 🍫
Why did you choose to work for SalesScreen?
Richard: I was working with SalesScreen for 2 years from a customer point of view and got to know the gamification market more in-depth–which I really like! It is great to see the positive impact on engagement and motivation. As a great fan of SalesScreen, I decided to join the SalesScreen family to empower even more teams to perform at their best. What are your expectations of working here?
Richard: SalesScreen is a fast-growing international company with ambitious people. I expect that we will constantly look to improve what we are doing and we will have a lot of fun.

Richard: With my experiences at a corporate organisation, I will bring qualities around structure, go-to-market strategy and sales methodologies to the table.

Richard: SalesScreen is the first start-up I am working at, and I am super excited to be here!

Bio: Richard comes from a small village Eemnes, Netherlands. He graduated from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and traveling.
